My dream is be financially free and have the time to achieve anything I want, whether its building an island or taking my loved ones to the Bahamas. 

Money is an idea that measures the degree in which one owes another.  The goal of the game is to have more people owe you money than you owe anyone else.  This is why banks make so much money.  You do not need money to make money, rather you simply need to use your brain.  The best way to make money from nothing is finding a problem and solving it, because where there is a problem- there is a need.  Where there is a need, there is an opportunity to make money.  By fulfilling a need of the world, you do the world good.  It shows because you become wealthy.  Wealth is when you are making more money than you need to survive.  Its not about how much money you make, but rather how much you get to keep for yourself.  If you are wealthy, you have free time to do whatever you want:  like following your dreams. 

Most of my managing skills comes from school projects and personal projects, such as with Orscalla.  The trick with managing people is setting expectations and holding everyone accountable to those expectations.  Hiring people should be the hardest thing for any manager to do.  Who ever you hire should meet the expectations or why bother hiring them?  If hired and they meet the expectations, then that is less stress for you.  If hired and they do not, at least it is a lot easier for them to understand what they did wrong and learn from their mistakes because when you hired them you already established that they are capable of meeting the expectations to begin wtih. 

Most of my leadership skills comes from school projects and personal projects, such as with Orscalla.  The trick to leading people is to create an environment that promotes positive learning, growth, and self-motivation.  You cannot teach anyone anything or motivate them.  People have to learn things on their own and motivate themselves.  I can share information with some one, but in the end they have to interpret it.  Expectations can be put into place, but its up to people to meet them. 

The entertainment factor and the knowledge factor.  There are a lot of fun tidbits to learn from this website and plenty of comics, videos, and commentry that'll really crack folks up.  Who doesn't want a good laugh?
